Bugs in the Garden Birthday Party
Birthday Party Ideas for in the Garden
Having a “Bugs in the garden” birthday party is a wonderful idea for younger children. Both girls and boys can enjoy a “bugs in the garden” party.
Party Preparations
Invitations-It’s easy to be creative with a bug theme. Invitations can be created utilizing construction paper, shapes, and magic markers. Use bugs such as lady bugs, or bees, to adorn the front of your invitations. Allow the birthday boy or girl to help create the invitations.
For the inside of the cards, you can utilize a few cute little sayings:
Spring has finally sprung, Now it’s time to have some fun, __________ is growing as fast as a weed, We’re having a party with a garden and bug theme!

Decorations
Décor for a Garden and Bug party theme is easy and cheap. Garlands of flowers are easily made out of construction paper. Add a few construction paper bugs and you’ve got great party decorations. It’s doubtful that you’ll spend even $10.00 using these decorations.
Gardening cans and garden tools can be used as centerpieces. The gardening can centerpiece can also hold “bug juice”. Red plastic cups decorated with spots using black magic markers make a great ladybug themed cup. Guests will love them.
